Kristy L. Eiter is a Member in the Construction and Manufacturing industry groups, focusing primarily on asbestos and non-medical product liability litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Kristy has extensive experience handling asbestos-related and non-medical liability claims. From the discovery process through trial participation, she keeps her clients' best interests in the forefront every step of the way. Whether it's fact investigation and development or participating in settlement negotiations, Kristy can provide clients with analyses and advice concerning issues and risk assessments, as well as strategies and best practices for litigation.
Kristy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Allegheny College. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law.
Kristy doesn't have any down time. When she's not in the office, she's busy with her husband and two sons.
